Hello,
My name is Hieu Van Thach and the purpose of this blog is to find my long lost brother. I am an immigrant from Vietnam, who came to America under an act that gave amnesty to Vietnamese children fathered by Americans during the war.
Because I came to American when I was 20 and because in Vietnam I was persecuted because of my ethnicity in the public schools (and elsewhere), I had to stop schooling when nine years old and my English skills are thus quite limited. As such, a friend is helping me construct this site.
